NCSOFT Unveils Journey of Monarch OST: ‘Into the Journey’

Soundtrack album launches ahead of Journey of Monarch’s global release at midnight at the end of December 4

Features a reimagined rendition of the iconic Monarch theme music from Lineage, ‘Recluse’, reflecting the concept of solitude and responsibility

NCSOFT has released the original soundtrack album ‘Into the Journey’ ahead of the highly anticipated global launch of its new game, Journey of Monarch.

The album’s title track, ‘Into the Journey’, offers a lyrical reimagining of the Monarch’s theme from Lineage, ‘Recluse’. This new arrangement conveys the solitude and profound responsibility of leadership. An acoustic version of the track is also available, featuring soothing guitar melodies with a warm, analog texture.

In addition to the standard 2-channel stereo version, the soundtrack is presented in full Dolby Atmos 7.1.4 audio, delivering an immersive sound experience for listeners with compatible devices.

The music was masterfully arranged and performed by the NCSOUND team, featuring renowned guitarist Joowon Park and the 24-member RB-INJ string ensemble.

Journey of Monarch is set to launch globally at midnight at the end of December 4. The game shifts away from traditional guild-based gameplay, emphasizing individual play to provide a fresh and engaging experience.

The Into the Journey OST is now available for streaming on NCSOUND’s official YouTube channel and across major music platforms, including Melon, Genie, Spotify, and YouTube music.
