Molten Coast
Once a thriving, forested area transformed by the awakening of the Fire Dragon Valakas. The village, previously vibrant, was destroyed by fire, and the once-thriving community disintegrated entirely beneath the relentless advance of ash and molten lava. Now, only a handful of survivors linger amidst the ruins, resembling hardened stones in this desolate landscape.
Soaring Cliff
A coastal area elevated by seismic shifts caused by a volcanic eruption. Scattered across the area are burning ships and segments of standing seawater that have risen because of the seismic activity. On the sandy shores, houses from the mountainside now lie in ruins, along with the heaps of uprooted trees. Miniature volcanic craters dot various locations, serving as indicators of ongoing volcanic activity.
Fire Dragon’s Nest Center
Once a square symbolizing the peace between humans and dwarves in the past, it has now sunken in lava.
Ifrit’s Site
A dwarf dungeon exposed through seismic cracks. Due to volcanic eruptions and seismic shifts, the collapsed land revealed the dwarf buildings beneath the ground. However, most of them have been submerged by lava.
Lava Fall
After the awakening of the Fire Dragon Valakas, the previously dormant volcanic activity began, engulfing the surroundings of the Fire Dragon’s Nest. Once located in lower terrain within the verdant forest connecting to the Phoenix Habitat, it now lies submerged in molten lava. The forest, swallowed by a sea of lava, has turned into a desolate wasteland, and the cascading streams of lava onto the ash-laden ground present a menacing spectacle.
Phoenix Habitat
After the sealing of Valakas, the region underwent natural regeneration for over 150 years, evolving into a flourishing forest. However, recent volcanic eruptions have transformed it into a fiery woodland. Situated near the Fire Dragon’s Nest and the Lava Fall, the once-intact trees and grass have now succumbed to the relentless flames. At the heart of this blazing forest, the Phoenix remains watchful, safeguarding her precious eggs. Given their unique nature of laying eggs only once in a lifetime and their inherent instinct to nurture them until hatching, the Phoenix is exceptionally protective of the forest, wary of any intruders.
Fire Dragon’s Nest Peak
The peak of the Fire Dragon’s Nest is believed to be the dwelling place of the Fire Dragon Valakas. It stands as the pinnacle within the Fire Dragon’s Nest, with searing lava erupting in all directions, creating an inhospitable environment where even an ordinary person would find it challenging to endure for an hour.
