NC today announced that it has been named to the 2026 Dow Jones Best-in-Class Indices (DJBIC) Asia Pacific, published by S&P Global, marking the company's third consecutive year of inclusion.
NC is the only Korean game company to be simultaneously listed on both the DJBIC Asia Pacific and Korea indices. The company has now been included in the Korea index for four consecutive years and the Asia Pacific index for three straight years, underscoring its continued recognition for sustainable management practices on a global level.
The DJBIC is a globally recognized index published annually by S&P Global that evaluates companies on both financial performance and sustainability management. The Asia Pacific index includes the top 20% of the 600 largest companies by market capitalization in the Asia-Pacific region, while the Korea index encompasses the top 30% of Korea's 200 largest listed companies.
In this year's assessment, NC ranked in the top 10% across several key ESG categories, including information security and personal data protection, human capital management, occupational health and safety, and environmental management. The company also recorded year-over-year improvements in environmental and management programs, transparent human capital disclosure, and corporate ethics policy.
NC continues to strengthen its performance across global ESG evaluations. Earlier this year, the company received the highest possible AAA rating in the 2026 MSCI ESG Ratings and was recognized as both an Industry ESG Leader and Regional ESG Leader in the 2026 Sustainalytics ESG Risk Ratings.
Hyunbum Koo, Chief Operating Officer at NC, said, “We believe our continued recognition across major global ESG assessments, including MSCI and DJBIC, reflects growing external validation of NC’s long-term commitment to sustainable management.” He also added, "We will continue making every effort to advance sustainable growth going forward."
