    NCSOFT Shares Development Roadmap for TL in Voice Live Broadcast

    TL Camp Director Gunsoo Park and development team hosted ‘Ask Me Anything’ voice live stream on September 20

    Revealed upcoming content updates, system enhancements, and plans through early 2025

    Developers engaged in a live Q&A session, addressing player inquiries and emphasizing ongoing community engagement

    NCSOFT has revealed its development roadmap for the MMORPG, THRONE AND LIBERTY (TL).

     

    The ‘Ask Me Anything’ voice live stream was held on the official TL YouTube channel on September 20. The broadcast was led by TL Camp Director Gunsoo Park and Camp member Changhyun Oh, sharing future updates and addressing real-time questions from the players.

     

    Director Park introduced two major PvE content additions: the Solo Breakthrough Dungeon and the 12-player Raid. He stated, TL aims to expand its content beyond 6-player party dungeons, offering a more diverse PvE experiences.” The Solo Breakthrough Dungeon is in development for players seeking solo challenges, while the 12-player Raid is set to become the new endgame content for TL.

     

    The roadmap also highlighted updates on a new growth system, including Artifacts to enhance character stats, Chaos Runes for all gear types, a revamped Mastery System allowing multi-weapon progression, and a new Guardian Growth System where players can collect fragments to level up their Guardians. These updates are planned for release by the end of 2024.

     

    NCSOFT also announced plans to improve PvP content. Director Park said, “We plan to create more spaces for PvP content,” introducing Nebula Island, a 24/7 PvP zone, and Wargame, a competitive mode for individual and guild battles. Additionally, new maps will be added to the 3v3 Arena.

     

    The development roadmap extends into first quarter of 2025, with the addition of a new weapon and a first-anniversary event scheduled for December.

     

    During the broadcast, NCSOFT responded to various user inquiries. Director Park expressed his gratitude to the community, stating “We sincerely appreciate all the feedback from our players. We remain committed to continuous communication and addressing your concerns.”
