New Video Highlights Several Gameplay Improvements; Sign Up Today!

IRVINE, CA – October 7, 2026 – NC (formerly NCSOFT) announced today the second TIME TAKERS Steam Playtest will take place from Thursday through Sunday, November 12-15 PT.

Building on feedback from the first playtest on PC last September, NC will introduce several gameplay improvements including combat balance adjustments, optimized movement controls, improved combat feedback and visibility, a revamped matchmaking system, and enhanced character personalities. 

“Based on the previous playtest where we saw player numbers and playtime increase, we’ve incorporated feedback to make the combat more dynamic and intense,” said an NC representative. “We can’t wait to see how players react and gather their feedback this November.”

Developed by Mistil Games, TIME TAKERS is an upcoming free-to-play team survival shooter where four squads of three fight to become the last team standing. Players choose a traveler, fight for time, and use in-game upgrades to adapt to every fight on the battlefield. TIME TAKERS will be available on PC and consoles.
