NCSOFT today announced that its upcoming MMORPG, AION 2, has launched the ‘Server and Character Name Reservation Event’, starting at 2 PM (KST).

Through October 20 at midnight, players can choose their faction and server, and reserve a character name in advance. Participation is available on the official AION 2 website by logging in with a ‘PLAYNC’ account.

​

A total of 20 servers will open at launch, inspired by the deities and major NPCs of the AION universe—such as Siel and Israphel. Ten servers will be available for Elyos and ten for Asmodians, with early closures possible if server capacity is reached.

Character names may consist of Korean, English, or numeric characters, ranging from 1 to 12 characters in length. Duplicate names are not allowed within the same server but may be used on different servers. Each PLAYNC account may reserve one character name.

Pre-registration for AION 2 is also ongoing. All pre-registered players will receive Pet Selection Box (Zaif/Papis), Silver Button: Pet Box (Fungie/Crestlich/Konuti Worker), and 100,000 Kinah Chest. Pre-registration is available through the official website and major app marketplaces.
