NCSOFT today unveiled The Echoes of Eternity, the official original soundtrack album, celebrating the launch of its new MMORPG, AION 2.
AION 2 officially launched at midnight in Korea and Taiwan, ushering in a new era of NCSOFT’s flagship AION franchise. Developed with high-fidelity graphics and expansive PVE content, AION 2 is now available both on mobile and PC.
The album features 70 tracks arranged into three chapters, each capturing the essence of AION 2’ world through its regions, battles, and pivotal story moments.
The title track, Tower of Eternity: Into the New World, was co-composed by Simon Franglen, acclaimed for his work on the Avatar film series, and Ryo Kunihiko (Yang Bang Ean), the celebrated composer behind the original AION. Recorded at London’s AIR Studios and performed by the Chamber Orchestra of London, the piece sets the tone for AION 2’s grand musical journey.
The first chapter, Legacy of Light, rekindles the nostalgia of the original AION while introducing AION 2’s renewed musical identity. Fan favorites such as Tower of Eternity, Forgotten Sorrow, and Darkness in Your Heart return with fresh arrangements.
The second chapter, Atreia Chronicle, deepens immersion as players journey through the expanded continent of Atreia and uncover its mythic heritage. The final chapter, Invasion, delivers high-energy compositions for major combat scenarios, including invasion and boss encounters.
The album brings together a global roster of talent under NCSOUND’s direction, featuring Simon Franglen, Ryo Kunihiko (Yang Bang Ean), Kevin Penkin, Piotr Musical, and Fran Soto. Vocalists The Hound + The Fox and Amanda Kayrae lend their voices, while performances include the Chamber Orchestra of London, Synchron Stage Orchestra, Korea’s DITTO Orchestra, and guitarist Chun Sang Hyeok.
The Echoes of Eternity is now available on major music platforms including Melon, Genie, Spotify, and YouTube Music.
