NCSOFT today unveiled the teaser site and video for its upcoming game, Journey of Monarch.

Journey of Monarch is a new title based on the Lineage IP (Intellectual Property), currently in development and slated for release in the fourth quarter of 2024.

The teaser site offers a first look into the game’s universe and key features. Interactive elements on the site allow users to explore and preview some of the game’s distinctive features.

The teaser video introduces Journey of Monarch’s protagonist, Depardieu, as he traverses various regions of Aden, accompanied by a remade version of 'Recluse,' a classic track from the Lineage OST. The video highlights gameplay elements such as leisurely hunting, expansive fields with no control, and a world without lines, signaling a notable departure from traditional Lineage gameplay.

NCSOFT also announced the pre-registration date for Journey of Monarch. Starting September 30, players can pre-register through the game’s official website. Details on pre-registration rewards and events will be announced at a later date, with more game information to be revealed gradually leading up to the launch.
