NCSOFT today announced its financial results for the third quarter, ended September 30, 2025.

NCSOFT reported consolidated revenue of KRW 360.0 billion, an operating loss of KRW 7.5 billion, and net income of KRW 347.4 billion. Revenue decreased 6% QoQ and 10% YoY. The operating loss was primarily due to one-time expenses related to retirement compensation, while net income turned positive following proceeds from the sale of NC Tower 1.

By region, sales were KRW 217.8 billion in Korea, KRW 67.5 billion in Asia, and KRW 28.0 billion in North America and Europe. Royalty revenue reached KRW 46.8 billion. Overseas and royalty revenue combined rose 23% YoY, accounting for 40% of total revenue. Growth was driven by Lineage 2M’s launch in Southeast Asia, strong performance of BNS NEO in China, and Lineage M in Taiwan.

By platform, mobile game sales totaled KRW 197.2 billion, while PC game sales reached KRW 87.7 billion.

NCSOFT will participate in G-STAR 2025, Korea’s premiere game conference opening in Busan, on November 13, with its largest-ever booth, featuring 300 units. The company will operate extensive demo zones for AION 2, which officially launches on November 19, and showcase its upcoming development lineup—including CINDER CITYLIMIT ZERO BREAKERS, and TIME TAKERS—all targeting 2026 releases. A surprise new title will also make its world premiere at the event.

AION 2’s pre-download and character customization events will open on November 16, ahead of the game’s official launch at midnight on November 19 in Korea and Taiwan. To meet growing demand, NCSOFT will expand server capacity and add new servers at launch.
