THRONE AND LIBERTY’s New Update ‘The Leap’ Now Live with Booster Features for New Players

The new ‘Hyper Boosting Server’ accelerates player growth with double EXP and various rewards for faster progression.

New systems and content, including ‘Skill Specialization’ for customized skill combinations, are now available.

The new region ‘Talandre’ arrives on August 21, with pre-registration open on the official website and PURPLE until August 19.

NCSOFT today announced that the new update ‘The Leap’ for THRONE AND LIBERTY (TL) is now available, featuring major content reorganization.

Starting today, TL players can now access new content and systems including the Hyper Boosting Server, Skill Specialization, Challenge Dimensional Circle, the new Rune system and Life Content such as fishing and cooking. A new region, ‘Talandre’, is set to arrive on August 21.

The Hyper Boosting Server, available for four weeks, is designed to facilitate rapid progression for new and returning players. Until August 21, players can earn double EXP, Sollant (in-game currency), and cooperative dungeon rewards to accelerate character growth. Additionally, Hyper Boosting Pass, which provides rewards such as Polymorphs, Amitoi and growth materials, will be distributed for free.

Players who create characters on the Hyper Boosting Server will receive a Hyper Boosting Box via in-game mail. This contains equipment and growth support items provided at every 10 levels, culminating in a full set of ‘Epic Lv. 1 Equipment’ upon reaching level 50. In addition, the server will feature the special ‘Rapid Achievement – Combat Power!’ event, offering rewards based on combat power. Players who reach a combat power of 3,000 or more will be awarded a ‘Precious Armor Selection Chest: 2-star’.

NCSOFT has introduced the Skill Specialization system, enabling players to customize their skills and create unique combinations. This system lets players tailor their skills to suit their playstyle, such as casting skills while moving or applying range attack. Specialization points are awarded based on character level.

TL has updated the Challenge Dimensional Circle with 30 difficulty levels in total, allowing players to choose and tackle dungeons according to their character growth and proficiency. Successfully completing these dungeons will reward players with Runes, up to three of which can be inserted into Epic-level or higher equipment to enhance character abilities.

Additional features introduced to the game include:

‘Trait Conversion Stone’ that allows random changes of equipment traits

‘Trait Resonance Stone’ that gives additional stats when equipment traits reach their maximum level

‘Lithograph Registration’ that lifts trade restrictions on items obtained in the field

New ‘Life Content’ such as fishing, cooking, and Amitoi Expeditions

NCSOFT will open the new region ‘Talandre’ on August 21. Players can pre-register on the TL official website and PURPLE until August 19 to receive exclusive rewards.
