NCSOFT today announced that its MMORPG, THRONE AND LIBERTY (TL, developed by FirstSpark Games), will expand its global console service to Asia, including Korea and Taiwan.

Beginning October 28, players in Korea and Taiwan (Region 1) will be able to play the TL global version operated by Amazon Games on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S|X. The existing Region 1 service on NCSOFT’s gaming platform, PURPLE, will continue to operate independently.

TL first launched in Region 1 through NCSOFT’s PURPLE in December 2023. The title went global in October 2024 through its publishing partner, Amazon Games, launching on Steam and consoles across North, Central, and South America, Europe, Oceania, and Japan. In September 2025, the global Steam service was extended to Region 1, marking another milestone in TL’s continued worldwide growth.
