NC has published its sixth sustainability report, ESG PLAYBOOK 2025.

The report reflects the meaning of 'Next & Creative,' embedded in NC’s corporate name, as well as the company's mid- to long-term growth strategy, highlighting sustainable management initiatives aligned to its core business priorities. NC has also enhanced the consistency and transparency of the report in accordance with the latest global ESG disclosure standards, while strengthening the reliability of its disclosed data through third-party verification.

NC has pursued sustainable management initiatives closely aligned with its business strategy, including strengthening gameplay quality and technological capabilities and expanding its global growth foundation. The 'Where Joy Begins' chapter highlights key activities aimed at enhancing competitiveness across game development and live service operations. NC has worked to improve game quality through expanded user communication, global testing, and quality verification processes. The company has also sought to enhance user experience and service quality by improving game accessibility and establishing a global-standard personal data protection system.

The 'ESG Performance' chapter presents environmental, social, and governance achievements in accordance with the latest global ESG standards. It covers key initiatives  across a broad range of ESG areas, including Climate Change Response, Human Capital Management, Responsible Technology, Corporate Governance, and Business Ethics.

Building on these efforts, NC continues to deliver strong performance in major domestic and international ESG assessments. The company received the highest AAA rating in the 2026 MSCI ESG Ratings. NC was the only Korean game company included in the 2026 DJBIC Asia Pacific Index for the third consecutive year, and maintained an overall A rating for the fifth consecutive year in the 2025 ESG assessment by the Korea Institute of Corporate Governance and Sustainability (KCGS).
