NC IDS, the IT service subsidiary of NC, has changed its name to NC AX (CEO Jaejin Lee), relaunching as a dedicated AX company.

Since its establishment in October 2024, the company has pursued its vision as an AX (AI Transformation)-focused company that applies and commercializes artificial intelligence (AI) technology in industrial settings. Through this rebranding, the company plans to reinforce its identity as an AX company and expand its AI-driven business competitiveness.

NC AX will lead the acceleration of AX for NC and its key affiliates in collaboration with NC AI, which holds proprietary AI technology. The company plans to maximize synergy by combining its development expertise—spanning enterprise resource planning (ERP), business system development, platforms, and applications—with NC AI's AI technology.

NC AX CEO Jaejin Lee said, "Building on the company's expertise in process improvement and application development, we will collaborate with NC AI to continuously expand our AX business and strengthen related services."
