NCSOFT has appointed new chief executive officer candidates for its new subsidiaries, ‘NC QA COMPANY’ and ‘NC IDS COMPANY’.
Jinseop Kim, currently vice president and head of QA Center at NCSOFT, has been selected as the CEO candidate for NC QA. With over 20 years of experience in QA, Kim joined NCSOFT in 2003 and has been leading the QA Center since 2018, demonstrating extensive specialized expertise and knowledge in the field.
For NC IDS, NCSOFT has appointed Jaejin Lee as the CEO candidate. Lee, a former CEO of Woongjin ThinkBig, is an experienced IT executive known for his successful transformation of Woongjin Group’s IT business division into a respected SI (Systems Integration) company. Prior to this, Lee worked at Samsung C&T and PwC Consulting, and he also served as CIO at Woongjin Group. From 2014 and 2024, Lee held the positions as CEO at Woongjin and subsequently as CEO of Woongjin ThinkBig.
Both candidates will be formally appointed following approval at the board of directors and shareholders meetings.
On August 14, NCSOFT will officially confirm the corporate split-off and the establishment of new entities. NC QA and NC IDS are scheduled for official launch on October 1.
