NCSOFT today announced new leadership appointments for its global offices.

NCSOFT has revealed that this decision aims to foster new growth and enhance global capabilities, with a focus on strengthening each local office.

NCSOFT has appointed Jeonghee (JJ) Jin, formerly head of Pearl Abyss America, as the new CEO of NC America. Jin has previously led Kakao Games’ and Pearl Abyss’ US-based offices as CEO. With over 15 years of leadership experience in both Western and Korean gaming companies, she brings extensive expertise in game publishing and global business expansion in the Western market.

NCSOFT plans to enhance its global competitiveness and accelerate the regional expansion strategy by leveraging CEO Jin’s deep understanding, extensive experience, and strong network in the Western game market.

NC Japan and NC Taiwan will be led by Wonki Lim, who currently serves as the company’s Chief Business Management Officer (CBMO).

NCSOFT’s other US-based entity, NC West, will be led by NCSOFT’s co-CEO, Byungmoo Park.

Jeonghee (JJ) Jin, the incoming CEO of NC America, expressed her enthusiasm, stating, “I am delighted to join NCSOFT, a first-generation Korean videogame company, in its global growth strategy.
